About these terms
These terms apply when you use strataformlab.com and when you order from Strataformlab ("we", "us"). By placing an order, applying to the Trade Program or using the site, you agree to them. If we have agreed different terms with you in writing, those come first.
Who we sell to
We sell mainly to businesses and design professionals. When you order on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
Our products
Our furniture is made to order. Materials such as wood, marble and fabric are natural or dyed products, so colour, grain and pattern can differ from photos and from the sample you saw. Samples are available on request. Sizes and finishes shown on a product page are what we will make unless the order says otherwise.
Prices and quotes
Prices on the site are for the options you select. A quote is valid for the period written on it. We may correct an obvious price or description error before we accept an order, and we will tell you if we do.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it to you. Payment terms, including any deposit and the schedule for the balance, are written on your quote or invoice. Production starts when the terms for starting have been met.
Delivery
Lead times shown on the site are estimates and start when production starts. Delivery, assembly and what to check on arrival are described in Delivery & Returns. Please inspect your order when it arrives and tell us about any damage or missing parts within the time stated there.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Because each piece is made to order, an order cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started, except as set out in Delivery & Returns or as the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.
Trade Program
Trade accounts are approved by us. Trade pricing, tiers and any commission option apply to the purchases of the approved member and are described on the Trade Program page. We may change the programme for future orders, and we may close an account that is misused.
Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through it.
Our content
The designs, photos, text, drawings and logos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except to specify our pieces in a project you are working on.
Our responsibility
We take care to make and deliver what we promised. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our legal duties, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when we accepted it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts there have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court elsewhere.
