Trattino
Trattino- Italian for dash. A softly squared top, marked twice by short inlaid strips of dark ash like two strokes of punctuation, rests on a pair of solid ash panels. Calm in proportion and exact in detail: A table for eight that reads as a single sentence.
Trattino takes its name from the two dashes inlaid into its top — wenge-stained ash set flush into travertine, terracotta lacquer, or natural oak. A dining table built around one small, deliberate detail.
