Who we are
Strataformlab ("we", "us") runs strataformlab.com. We make furniture to order in Cairo, Egypt, and sell mainly to designers, architects and hospitality clients.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the data protection law that applies to us, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
What we collect and why
We ask only for what each form needs. Fields marked optional can be left empty.

What we do not collect
- We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or social media plug-ins on this site unless you allow them in the cookie settings.
- The shop software (WooCommerce) records where a visitor came from, such as a search engine or a link, and attaches it to their order. It uses cookies for this, listed in our Cookie Policy.
- We do not take card payments on this site, and we do not store card details. Payment details are agreed with you directly and shown on your quote or invoice.
- We do not keep the IP address of people who send a form. To stop spam, a scrambled version of it is held for up to one hour and then deleted.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the people who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Our website host, which stores this website and its data.
- Our email and messaging providers, so we can read and answer your messages and send the emails you asked for.
- Delivery and installation partners, who receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can reach you.
- Our accountants and legal advisers, when we need their help.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
The WhatsApp and Instagram links on this site are ordinary links. Nothing from those services loads until you click, and they then apply their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages and quote requests: 24 months.
- Trade applications: 12 months. If you are approved, your trade account stays until you ask us to close it.
- Orders and invoices: for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. We also keep a record of when and how you agreed, so we can show that you did.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give you a copy. You can object to how we use it, and you can withdraw a consent at any time: every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can change your cookie choices from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before.
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to make the site work. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to the dashboard is limited to our team, and we keep the software up to date. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything you would not want others to read.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date above. If a change affects how we use what you have already given us, we will tell you.
